Buyers Policy

Gilda After Dark (“Gilda After Dark,” “we,” “us”) is an online multi-vendor marketplace operated by Gilda After Dark, LLC. This Buyers Policy describes the terms that apply when you purchase, or attempt to purchase, goods or services from independent sellers (“Sellers”) through our marketplace (“the Service”). By accessing the Service or placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

The Service is intended solely for users who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater). Portions of the Service may contain mature or adult content. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update your information as needed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Policy or applicable law.

Gilda After Dark is not the seller of the items listed on the Service. When you place an order, you enter into a direct legally binding contract with the Seller for the sale of the item. We facilitate the transaction and collect a service fee from the Seller.

Payment is processed through third-party payment providers integrated into the Service. You authorize the payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. Prices, availability, and product details are provided by the Seller and may change without notice.

Shipping methods, timelines, and costs are set by each Seller and displayed on the listing. Sellers are responsible for fulfilling physical orders, including packaging, shipping, and any customs or duties disclosures required for international shipments. Some listings are fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand providers on behalf of the Seller; production and shipping times for those items are set by the provider.

Digital goods (such as downloadable files) are delivered via time- limited signed download links after successful payment. You are responsible for downloading digital goods within the delivery window.

Return, refund, exchange, and cancellation terms are set by each Seller and appear on the listing or the Seller’s shop page. Digital goods are generally non-refundable once delivered. Contact the Seller through in-platform messaging first to resolve any issue with your order.

If you and the Seller cannot resolve an issue through in-platform messaging, you may open a dispute through the marketplace at /disputes/new. Disputes are reviewed by Gilda After Dark and are governed by our dispute-resolution process. We may act as a neutral mediator; we are not a party to your contract with the Seller and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. You must open a dispute within a reasonable time after the issue arises.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age.
• Purchase items with intent to defraud, resell in violation of law, or launder funds.
• Harass, threaten, dox, or send unlawful content to Sellers through platform messaging.
• Circumvent the marketplace to complete off-platform transactions with Sellers you met on the Service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.

The Service permits legally allowable mature and adult content consistent with the Sellers Policy. You may encounter such content when browsing. By using the Service you consent to viewing content appropriate to your age gate election, and you agree not to redistribute mature content outside the Service in violation of a Seller’s rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of this Policy, applicable law, or where continued access presents risk to the Service or its users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
