Third Parties

Gilda After Dark relies on a limited set of third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) to operate the marketplace. Each Subprocessor receives only the data necessary to perform its function and is contractually obligated to protect that data. This page lists the Subprocessors currently in use and is updated when the list changes.

Our backend, database, authentication, storage, and server-side functions are hosted on managed cloud infrastructure. Data at rest and in transit is encrypted using industry-standard mechanisms. Row-level security is enabled on marketplace data tables so that users can access only records they are authorized to view.

Sellers may connect their own accounts with the following print-on- demand providers so those providers can fulfill orders on the Seller’s behalf. When a buyer purchases such a listing, the buyer’s name, shipping address, order line items, and required production files are transmitted to the provider selected by the Seller.

• Printful — global on-demand production and shipping.
• Gelato — global on-demand production and shipping.

API credentials that Sellers connect for these providers are encrypted at rest and used only to place and manage orders on the Seller’s behalf.

Live payments are not yet enabled on the Service. When enabled, payment processing will be handled by an adult-friendly payment processor engaged by Gilda After Dark, LLC. That processor will receive the information necessary to process the transaction (such as buyer name, billing details, and order amount). Full payment card data is handled by the processor and is not stored on our servers.

Transactional email (such as account verification, password reset, and order-related notifications) may be delivered through a third-party email provider. That provider receives the recipient email address and the contents of the message needed to deliver it.

Gilda After Dark does not currently use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, this page and the Privacy Policy will be updated before that change takes effect.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites (for example, a Seller’s own website or social profile). Gilda After Dark does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. You access third-party sites at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We may add, remove, or replace Subprocessors as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
